Stayed here for 2 nights and did not want to leave. Everything about this brand-new hotel was excellent. The studio suite was spotlessly clean and outstanding with a separate living space from bed, so that guests had essentials. Had a shower, hair dryers and towels in the bathroom.

A microwave oven, a fridge and coffee/tea makers in the room, comfortable and favourable location. 12 miles away from Orlando Executive airport.

Convenient Location and Well-Equipped Studio Suite

This place is in a great spot, close to lots of restaurants and Sanlando Park. 🍔 The studio suite had everything we needed and then some. It was really impressive.

The location near Congo River Golf was convenient and particularly good. the room was perfectly clean and outstanding, with a separate living space from the bed. the staff was amicable. Additionally, amenities like a microwave, a refrigerator, and coffee/tea making machines were provided.

The hotel's location was fantastic, within walking distance of Mountain State University. I was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a spotlessly clean room with a separate living space from the bed. I was in Altamonte Springs for a week-long business trip and chose Towneplace Suites for its convenient location. The hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a smart TV and a well-equipped kitchenette. The bathroom was impressive, especially the shower. The hotel amenities, including the firepit, gym, pool, and outside grill, were a nice bonus. The staff was friendly and professional, and the personalized touches made me feel welcome. I had a fantastic experience and would definitely consider staying at Towneplace Suites again.

Cozy beds 🛌, a TV with lots of channels, AC, and a handy microwave right in the room. Also, it's in a super spot, close to a cool theater 🎭 that you can easily walk to.

I had a fantastic stay at the pet-friendly hotel with a fully equipped kitchen. The convenience of having a Whole Foods close by was a bonus. The staff, especially Josh, were friendly and accommodating.

The receptionist during check-out was not friendly and the housekeeping could have been better.
